Brad – I have been reading the Paddi Lund book regarding CNE’s which I know your endorse. I have a concierge company and am trying to think of a new innovative way to put a Super CNE into the business but keep coming up blank. We have personalised birthday cards, wend out thank you cards after communications and have in place the sales touches from your sales process, but want to really WOW them.
