Well, in my opinion, there is no good reason, they are just ripping themselves and their employers off ... it's like committing a little bit of personal fraud every day ...
You will NEVER find the perfect job until you are out of what you are doing now ... same goes for relationships, businesses you own and so on ...
As the old saying goes, you can never steal second with your foot still on first.
You have to LET GO, in order to grab onto something new ...
Think of it this way, hold your hands clenched tight now try to receive something new, you cannot, let go ...
You can never score a goal without taking the shot people ...

Unhappiness is a waste of time and life..If it’s not making you happy there definitely comes a time were you do just have to let it go..And have positive thinking in knowing better things will come!
I agree too, I remember letting a staff member go some time ago. He was underperforming and I held on too long. It was hard at the time and I hated doing it. As it turned out, I ran into this guy two years after and I asked, “so how are things”, his reply was realy interestig, he took me back to that very day when I drove him home with the cardboard box of personal items on his lap. He said that that was the the best thing that could have happened to him!!!
Since getting fired, he got off his butt and went out and found his dream job in a completely unrelated indusrty and he then thanked me for setting him free…. Interesting.
Dreams can come true but you have to make it happen and only you ! To back this up 3 1/2 years ago i was a senior manager at a shipping company in the UK nearly went crazy being so restricted by the trade union which made my job almost unbearable (nearly as unbearable as my husband at the time) i had always dreamed of living in the sun seeing new cultures So I resigned packed a bag and winged my way over to Thailand where i successfully started a real estate company and lived the sun and fun life for 3 years (Bliss) Sold the company missed my family and England, so Im now back in UK refreshed single and found my dream job working for Action Coach. So Brad rant away its true anything is possible !!! Its not easy but then whoever said Life would be !!
