Thanks Brad for bringing this back on my radar. It is one of the most powerful clips and when I first saw it when visiting the Lighthouse Firm, the whole room was moved to tears. Its a great reminder not only to us as coaches but to our clients to keep them on track to success. Its a great tool in the sales process from client acquisition to retention.

Hi Brad,
we were shown this on training nearly two years ago and I agre it is massively inspiring. Seeing it in a group situation made it even more powerful somehow.
Thanks for refreshing it in my conciousness.

We have used this clip as part of our 6 Steps presentation for over a year and, even after 40-50 viewings, I continue to find added value in its message. Just last week spotted a new learning: notice what happened when the Coach said 'just one more step'. [That's all he took - and collapsed]

It's beyond what it means for the people I work with - how does this apply to ME? Do I give up before the end zone? Am I accountable to a Coach who will push me beyond what I think my limits are? What a great example of a leader pushing a leader...

Phenomenal clip ... hands down one of the best examples of coaching; while also allowing the viewer to witness not only the changes to Brock, and also the changes to others impacted by the coaching and to Brock's response to the coaching.
