Simple answer, if someone who runs the businesshalf as well as you could do it and the business has great margins then yes.  You see franchising is brilliant if done correctly, especially for people new to owning your own business.

But, as a franchisor maybe 20% of your franchisees are going to do it as well as you did when you started the company, so don't expect the 80% to.

As for profits, it kills me to see unproven franchise models being sold when even the original owner couldn't make money from it.  It's almost fraud, to me it feels like a rip off.  The model has to be proven and usually that takes at least 30 franchiseunits operating to prove.  Also the franchisor HAS to make new sales to stay profitable usually until they get about 50 to 100 franchises running where royalty keeps them strong and profitable.

The royalty fee you charge a should be covered in the economies of scale the franchisor brings with buying power and the like, so that doesn't really matter, but the business has to be profitable ...

So, overall, good margins and an easy to run and manage business are two of the things I look for in a franchise.

I am currently looking to buy more franchise companies and build them into a global entity ...

Well, in my opinion, there is no good reason, they are just ripping themselves and their employers off ... it's like committing a little bit of personal fraud every day ...

You will NEVER find the perfect job until you are out of what you are doing now ... same goes for relationships, businesses you own and so on ...

As the old saying goes, you can never steal second with your foot still on first.

You have to LET GO, in order to grab onto something new ...

Think of it this way, hold your hands clenched tight now try to receive something new, you cannot, let go ...

You can never score a goal without taking the shot people ...

To act on your dreams, your goals, your plans.  It's time to STOP doing the things you already know are not helping you, to STOP doing the negative habits and start doing the RICHuals you need to to become more of the person you need to become.

It's time to be real, being able to commit fraud on yourself is simple, but long term it hurts - it's only you that you rip off. 

So, don't try to change everything all at once, just aim for 3 things ... 

One physical thing, like changing an eating pattern, or exercise pattern. 

One relationship thing, like more time with kids or an event with your spouse or friends.

One financial thing, like better marketing, or an actual savings plan that put's money away before you see it ...

Little steps turn into BIG momentum if you keep going ...
